SpiSo: A Stylish Speaker for a Sensory Dining Experience

Designing a Speaker that Penetrates the Spirit

The SpiSo speaker stands out with its eye-catching design and the ability to connect wirelessly to mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and other devices via Bluetooth. It features four buttons for power and volume adjustment, allowing users to easily control their music. The placement angle of the speaker has been carefully designed to provide powerful and high-quality sound without causing any discomfort to the ears. Additionally, the speaker is equipped with a rechargeable battery that provides up to 8 hours of music playback.

The manufacturing process of the SpiSo speaker involves using ceramic blowing techniques to create the concave bubble shape, which houses the aluminum speaker. The buttons are made of silicone, adding a touch of elegance to the overall design.

Measuring R1 = 5 cm, R2 = 2 cm, and with a length of the inner pit at 6 cm, the SpiSo speaker is compact and portable, making it easy to carry and use in various settings.

The SpiSo speaker not only delivers exceptional sound quality but also enhances the dining experience. By sensing the ambient sounds while enjoying a meal or sipping a cup of coffee, SpiSo creates an emotional connection between the music and the user. Its compatibility with all wireless devices allows for a seamless and enjoyable listening experience.

The SpiSo project was initiated in September 2016 and completed in January 2017 in Tehran. Throughout the design process, extensive research was conducted on human auditory senses and emotions to create a speaker that deeply penetrates the spirit.

Nima Bavardi faced the challenge of merging function and aesthetic beauty in the design of SpiSo. The result is a speaker that not only looks stylish but also delivers exceptional performance, creating a unique and immersive audio experience.

The SpiSo speaker has been recognized for its outstanding design, winning the Iron A' Design Award in the Digital and Electronic Device Design category in 2017. This prestigious award acknowledges the SpiSo speaker for its well-designed, practical, and innovative features that meet professional and industrial requirements.
